Get inspection ready! This course will give a high-level overview of the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) requirements. Hear from a certified HUD contract inspector who has performed inspections throughout the nation. Discover lessons learned since the new standards have been implemented and tips on how to achieve a passing score. See examples of the most common deficiencies and learn how to incorporate the new standards into your daily operations so that you are always inspection ready!
With the influx of incentives for producing affordable housing, there will be more teams responsible for preparing for physical inspections.
