February 5th at The W Hotel
This was an amazing evening of celebration as we were inspired by our multifamily leadership and empowered to kick-start the new year! We welcomed our 2026 Officers, including 2026 President, Kimberly Faulkner, Greystar. The program also included the 2026 Board of Directors Installation, and recognition of AAA’s 2025 Leadership Lyceum graduates, outgoing Board members and 2025 President Paige Russell.

2026 Vegas Night
March 26 at Haute Spot
The Austin Apartment Association’s Vegas Night was an unforgettable evening filled with fun, games, and networking! Attendees enjoyed Vegas-style games, including Three-card Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps, that added an extra layer of excitement to the night. Along with the thrill of the games, guests indulged in delicious appetizers as they enjoyed drinks from the cash bar.
This event is known for exciting door prizes throughout the night and the chance to win $500 CASH, courtesy of our generous Grand Prize Sponsor and it did not dissappoint this year!

This exclusive event brought together multifamily professionals and Products & Services providers (Supplier Partners) for curated meetings, fostering collaborations and synergies in a dynamic and time-efficient manner.
The AAA Business Exchange is your one-stop shop for all things products and services. This event is the most effective way for owners and managers to connect and exchange important information with AAA Supplier partners. The AAA Business Exchange is a speed-dating type event between our housing management company members and supplier members.
Thank you to all of the owner management companies who volunteered their time and expertise to make the Apartment PAC Austin fundraiser a success. A huge thank you to our supplier partners who generously gave their time and money to participate. Participation and financial contribution related to the Business Exchange help AAA keep a strong and active voice at all levels of government.
