be an advocate
There are many ways to become an advocate for the rental housing industry. Be a part of giving our industry its voice!
Start Here: Be Informed
AAA works every day to monitor, respond, and stay in contact with decision-makers. That means, there is a lot to know and understand about changes, issues we are tracking, and important ways to participate in the advocacy process. Start by catching up with our Advocacy in Action blog to read up on the latest.
AAA Legislative Committee
The AAA Legislative Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to help guide the AAA's efforts to keep the industry free from unnecessary taxes, regulations and fees and taxes. The Legislative Committee meets monthly to discuss a wide range of local, state and national issues and policy proposals affecting the industry and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on the industry positions and proposed solutions. Property owners and manager members of the AAA can attend the AAA's Legislative Committee and do not have to be an appointed voting member to participate in the committee's discussions and debates.
Contact Paul Cauduro, AAA Government Relations Director at email@example.com to sign-up and receive committee meeting notices.
