Education Subscription

The following policies have been established with the interest of the general membership in mind.
Registration policies apply to all AAA members, regardless of any affiliation with the Education Subscription.
Classes and dates are subject to change.

1. Payment for the Education Subscription must be received by AAA before registering for eligible classes.
2. Sign up for seminars online at https://www.austinaptassoc.com/events/education
3. Walk-in registrations are welcome, but not guaranteed.
4. AAA gladly accepts cancellations, as long as the request is sent via e-mail 10 days prior to the event date, see Education Registration Policies for details. Substitutions are also welcome, please notify AAA in advance. 
5. Out of courtesy to our FFT speakers, Education Subscribers who Cancel or are No Shows made after the required date of cancelation will be charged a $5 no-show fee for the Food for Thought series.  
6. In order to participate in the Education Subscription, all subscriber accounts must be current and in good standing with AAA. Should a member’s dues lapse during the subscription period, all Education Subscription privileges will be suspended immediately until the account is brought current.
7. Education Subscription courses do not include TAA programs (Redbook/Lease Seminars), certain certification courses (EPA, CPO, R410A, CPR), or more than 4-hour seminars.
8. Subscribers will receive a 10% discount on NAAEI designation course registrations for CALP, CAM/CAS, CAPS, and IROP. CAMT is not included in this discount program.

The Education Subscription is available to all employees at AAA-member apartment communities, providing a valuable resource for professional development and networking.

With the Education Subscription, your team gains access to most AAA seminars for one low annual fee. Simply sign up, and your entire staff can participate in as many seminars as they'd like throughout the year.

The Education Subscription applies to all staff at your property! 

No, there are no limitations on the number of employees who can utilize the subscription at your apartment community. It's a comprehensive program designed to benefit your entire team.

Your subscription is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase. It will not be auto-renewed, so please remember to renew your subscription to continue accessing the benefits.

These two subscriptions cannot be swapped. However, when both programs are purchased, you can receive 10% off. Please contact our support team for inquiries. 

While most AAA seminars are included in the Education Subscription, there are a few exceptions such as Redbook/other TAA Seminars and certain credential courses like CPO or EPA training. If a program is included in the Education Subscription, it will be noted in the program subscription.

Yes, the subscription fee for the Education Subscription can be prorated based on your sign-up date. You'll only pay for the remaining months in the calendar year, ensuring you get the most value out of your subscription.
