AAA Event, Sponsorship and Education Policies
Please read through the policies carefully.
Events
Payment in full is due prior to the event. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 10 days of an event for attendee registrations. No-show attendee registrations will still be responsible for the event registration fee.

Sponsorships
Sponsorship cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 90 days prior to the event.
Cancellation requests must be approved by the AAA Board of Directors.

Education

Payments
Members are encouraged to pay via their Member Compass. Accepted payment methods online are credit card or ACH. Checks or money orders can be mailed to 8620 Burnet Road, #475, Austin, TX 78757.
Cash payments are not accepted.
