Planning Your 2027 Budget with AAA
Invest in your team. Strengthen your connections. Prepare for the year ahead.
As you plan for 2027, make room for the resources, training, and industry connections that help your property team succeed. The Austin Apartment Association’s Budget Guide makes it easier to plan for membership, education, events, and optional contributions—all with your property’s needs in mind.
With new subscription options and direct property billing, you have more flexibility to choose how your team connects, learns, and grows.
What’s New for 2027?
Membership unit dues will be billed directly to each property, while the base membership fee will continue to be billed to the management company. This gives property teams greater visibility into their AAA investment and makes it easier to select subscriptions at the property level.
Subscription pricing is the same for every property, regardless of property or team size. Whether you manage 50 units or 500, you can budget for the same affordable education and event packages.
Start with Membership Dues
AAA membership runs on a calendar-year basis, with renewal invoices available beginning November 1.
Dues are based on the management company’s total portfolio within AAA’s 11-county service area. For property budget planning, the applicable annual unit rate is $2.54 or $2.29 per unit, depending on portfolio size. The management company is billed a separate base fee. Portfolios of 10 units or fewer pay a flat annual membership fee of $300.

Your AAA membership also includes membership in the Texas Apartment Association and National Apartment Association, connecting your team to local, state, and national resources and representation.
Choose How Your Team Will Participate
Plan for education, events, and optional contributions in addition to membership dues. These suggested annual budgets can help you find the right level of involvement for your property.
