Part 1: 3/24 9am-12pm
Train-the-Trainer for Aspiring Facilitators

This interactive, skill-building session is designed to help aspiring facilitators develop confidence, clarity, and presence as speakers. Participants will strengthen their delivery through hands-on speaking exercises, storytelling techniques, and structured feedback. Through guided practice, impulse speaking challenges, and real-time coaching, attendees will learn how to engage audiences, communicate with authenticity, and continuously refine their facilitation style. This session creates a supportive environment for growth, helping future instructors build a strong foundation in professional presentation and communication skills.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Build confidence through structured speaking practice and preparation techniques

  • Improve vocal delivery, pacing, body language, and stage presence

  • Apply storytelling strategies to create emotional connection and audience engagement

  • Deliver more congruent, clear, and impactful messages

Part 2: 4/14 9am-12pm
Designing and Delivering High-Impact Presentations

This advanced session focuses on the strategic design and delivery of impactful presentations. Participants will learn how to define purpose, structure content effectively, and align messaging with audience needs. Emphasis is placed on presentation flow, visual storytelling, confident delivery, and audience engagement. Through guided frameworks, practical activities, and presentation-building exercises, attendees will gain the tools needed to create compelling presentations that inspire action, influence thinking, and drive results. This course empowers future instructors to move from simply presenting information to creating meaningful, high-impact learning experiences.

Participants will be able to:

  • Define clear presentation purpose, objectives, and desired outcomes

  • Structure presentations for clarity using strong introductions, organized bodies, and impactful conclusions

  • Align content with audience needs and engagement strategies

  • Design effective visual aids that enhance—not distract from—the message
