Esdra Quintero, Mill Creek Places

With over two years in property management, Esdra Quintero is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences and fostering communities where residents feel valued and supported. Her nomination reflects her commitment to growth, teamwork, and empathetic leadership.

Jon Palomares, Hanover Company

Jon Palomares is a Leasing Manager with Hanover, bringing a decade of experience in the apartment industry and two years in his current role. 

María Salazar, Sola Stella Properties LLC

María Salazar, Assistant Property Manager at Colony Creek Apartments, has more than five years of multifamily experience focused on resident satisfaction, safety, and engagement. Her leadership helped Colony Creek earn the 2024 Community of the Year award and this year they became the first Travis County community to achieve full Crime Free Multifamily Certification.

James Idunate, Kairoi Residential

James Idunate is a results-driven real estate professional specializing in luxury lease-ups and multifamily operations. With expertise in platforms such as OneSite and Anyone Home, he excels at optimizing occupancy and creating exceptional resident experiences. James is passionate about real estate development and investment strategy in Austin’s growing market.

Nena Roland, Greystar

Nena Roland, a Leasing Professional, began her property management career after moving from Dallas to Austin four years ago. Her drive and empathy have earned her multiple honors, including Greystar’s Leasing Professional of the Year (2024) and an APEX Award for Affordable Lease-Up. Nena is passionate about connecting with residents and creating communities where everyone feels at home.

Ryleigh McInerney, Cushman and Wakefield

Ryleigh McInerney is a Leasing Professional with two years of experience helping Austin residents find their perfect homes. Known for her clear communication, market expertise, and resident-first approach, she strives to make every leasing experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

Angel Quiroz, RPM Living

Angel Quiroz is a Maintenance Supervisor at Hanover Brazos Street, where he has led the team for the past year. With more than two years at Hanover, Angel is recognized for his leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to operational excellence.

Christopher Ramsey, Greystar

Christopher Ramsey, Senior Service Supervisor at Greystar, has 17 years of experience in multifamily housing. Starting as a Groundskeeper, he advanced through 12 properties to his current leadership role. Outside work, he enjoys fishing, Jiu-Jitsu, motorcycle adventures, and spending time with his son.

Ivan Ramirez, Rainier Management

Ivan Ramirez is the Lead Maintenance at Rainier Properties, bringing over 25 years of experience. EPA certified and a former unrestricted electrician, Ivan also holds a CAMT certification and is dedicated to high-quality service and safety standards.

Kaitlin Coyne, Hanover Company

Kaitlin Coyne is a Property Manager with Hanover Company, bringing nearly eight years of multifamily experience, including the last two in Austin. She is known for her dedication to resident satisfaction and team collaboration.

Reno Uballe, Greystar

Reno Uballe is the Community Manager at Rivette Tower, a Greystar-managed property in Austin’s Mueller district. He is known for blending data-driven strategies with a people-first approach to elevate resident satisfaction and operational excellence. An active member of the Austin Apartment Association, Reno serves on the Learning & Development Committee and recently had the honor of speaking at EdgeCon 2025, where he presented “The Backbone of the Team: Assistant Community Managers Making the Difference.” 

Tina VanChapman, AMLI Residential

Tina VanChapman brings over a decade of property management expertise, known for operational excellence and strategic leadership. Her career achievements includes multiple industry honors such as AMLI’s Property Manager of the Year (2023), Spirit of AMLI Award, and 2024 Star Performer Award. Under her leadership, her community earned four 2024 APEX Finalist reccognitions. Tina’s success stems from her commitment to resident experience, financial performance, and team development.

Luis Martinez, RPM Living

Luis Martinez, Director of Facilities for RPM Living, has over 20 years in the multifamily industry. He oversees large-scale maintenance operations, capital projects, and safety initiatives, emphasizing efficiency, team development, and community excellence.

Robert Garza, RPM Living

Ryan Vonier, Griffis Residential

Ryan Vonier, Regional Service Manager, has over 17 years in multifamily operations and project management. Rising from Service Technician to corporate leadership, he now oversees maintenance across multiple markets. Ryan holds a CAMT certification and multiple industry credentials, demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence and professional growth.

Alexander Coleman, Rainier Management

Alexander Coleman, ARM®, CAPS, and CPM® Candidate, is a multifamily leader with over 20 years of experience spanning affordable and conventional housing. Now a Regional Manager with Rainier Properties in Austin, he oversees seven communities and is also a licensed Realtor. His journey from maintenance to regional leadership exemplifies growth, adaptability, and lifelong learning.

Mike Reid, Apartment Management Professionals

Mike Reid is a Regional Director with AMP, overseeing multiple thriving communities across Austin. Known for his calm leadership and infectious enthusiasm, he blends data-driven strategy with genuine care for his teams and residents. Over the past year, Mike has successfully guided ownership groups through periods of growth and transition while achieving exceptional occupancy and performance results. An active leader within the Austin Apartment Association, he serves on the Board of Directors and Strategic Core Team and contributes to several committees shaping the Association’s future.

Rachel Garcia, Greystar

Rachel Garcia has over 12 years in the multifamily industry, including more than a decade with Greystar. With experience in various asset types—from single-family to mid-rise—she excels in lease-ups, renovations, and client relations. A CAM designee since 2017, Rachel’s collaborative leadership style drives team success and community excellence.

Carrie Lasso, Rasa Floors

With over 20 years in the multifamily industry, Carrie Lasso has built a career centered on relationships, community, and leadership. Originally from the DFW area, she began her career as a Leasing Agent right out of high school and quickly advanced to Assistant Manager, then Property Manager, within three years.

Over nearly two decades, Carrie held key roles with LBK Management Services, Trammell Crow, Riverstone Residential Group, and Wood Residential Services before making a career shift in 2018 to join Rasa Floors in Austin. Drawing on years of industry experience, Carrie successfully transitioned to the supplier side and, after seven years of growth and partnership, was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing operations in Waco, Austin, and San Antonio.

Deeply engaged with the Austin Apartment Association, she has served on multiple committees and built strong professional connections across the industry. For Carrie, multifamily is more than a career, it’s a community and a lifelong passion.

Haydee Scott, Texas True Roofing

Haydee Scott began her multifamily career in 1998 and transitioned to the supplier side in 2011. Now with Texas True Roofing, she brings extensive expertise in construction, contracting, and staffing solutions, continuing her long-standing commitment to serving the multifamily industry.

Stephanie Coseriu is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of multifamily experience in operations, business development, and supplier partnerships. Known for her strategic insight and mentoring leadership, she excels at building relationships and driving performance. Stephanie’s career reflects her deep passion for collaboration, growth, and industry excellence.
