What is Apartner in Safety Alliance?
Apartner in Safety Alliance is a voluntary program exclusively for Austin Apartment Association members that supports first responders and strengthens safety and community connections at multifamily properties.
Participating members will offer Austin Police, Fire, and EMS personnel exclusive housing incentives, such as waived fees, reduced deposits, or discounts on monthly rent.
Participating properties will be listed on the Apartner in Safety Alliance property directory, for first responders to browse when looking for housing.
Members will also have the option to
- Host community engagement events that bring residents and first responders together
- Recieve optional safety recommendations through property walkthroughs with local officers
We would like to thank the Austin Police Association, Austin EMS Association and Austin Fire Foundation and Austin Firefighters Association for collaborating with us to bring this program to life. We are grateful to have such dedicated first responders committed to serving all Austinites.
