Upcoming Education on SB 38– You Don’t Want to Miss This!
Beginning in January, the Austin Apartment Association will host in-person, virtual, and hybrid trainings to help members understand the changes to the eviction process under SB 38, including several REDBOOK Seminars — TAA’s premier education series on Texas landlord-tenant law.
With significant changes to the eviction process, our goal is to ensure you are fully prepared and equipped with the resources necessary to set you and your property up for success.
We will kick off the year with a free, one-hour seminar on SB 38, presented by Corey Rogers of Rogers Law Firm. This seminar will review key changes under the law, including the new Notice to Vacate or Pay Rent versus Notice to Vacate forms, as well as updated appeal timelines.
