Join AAA for a crash course on SB 38 and how these changes in law will affect the eviction process beginning January 1, 2026. AAA member and attorney Corey Rogers will educate members on key legal updates and what they need to know to stay compliant.
This Seminar will cover:
- When You Should/Can Deliver a Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate vs. Notice to Vacate
- The Effect of a Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate vs. Notice to Vacate Expiring on a Weekend or Holiday
- New Appeal Timelines and Procedures
