Eviction Prevention Plans Round Table

The Austin Apartment Association invites you to a critical roundtable discussion regarding a new City of Austin proposal. This mandate would require Eviction Prevention Plans for all properties utilizing city support, including RHDA and Density Bonus incentives.

During this session, AAA staff will brief members on the current policy language, the advocacy groups driving these changes, and the expected implementation timeline. Most importantly, we are seeking your direct feedback to shape the association’s formal advocacy efforts before these requirements are finalized.

We want to hear about your experience with current prevention strategies, their effectiveness in practice, and the specific resources you need from the City or AAA to ensure operational success. This is your opportunity to help the industry provide a unified, practical response to these looming requirements.
