Whether you are a property manager or new to property management, this course provides in-depth training and expertise just for you! Earning CAM credentials gives you the skills to increase your community's net operating income; the knowledge to effectively manage an apartment community; and most importantly, the ability to achieve your property owners’ investment goals. The onsite manager is a vital link between apartment residents and the community owners and investors.

The course materials for this designation program are offered in an E-Books format. You will receive an email with more instructions (E-book, Syllabus, ect.) a week before the class starts.
The E-Books can be downloaded onto personal laptops and/or tablets which can be utilized during class.
CAM Requirements
• To earn the full CAM credential, candidates must have at least 12 months of onsite apartment manager or assistant manager experience. If they do not yet meet the experience requirement, they are eligible to earn the provisional version of the CAM. Once the provisional CAM is earned, the candidate has two (2) years to attain the 12months experience requirement and upgrade to the full CAM credential.
• Meet all examination requirements within 12 months of declaring candidacy for CAM
• Successfully complete CAM Course and Pass Exam
