Leadership Lyceum
2020 AAA Leadership Lyceum
The Austin Apartment Association (AAA) Leadership Lyceum program works to identify and develop a well-formed and highly motivated group of emerging multifamily housing leaders, from within the Austin membership. Additionally, AAA Leadership Lyceum supports the development of individuals with a broad-based vision and strong commitment to the mission and strategic objectives of AAA.
While in this program, participants have the honor of meeting some amazing guest speakers, network with fellow up-and-coming leaders, and grow their knowledge on Advocacy, Association Management, Community Service, Leadership, and much more.
The program features three class days in the first quarter of each year, in addition to a networking activity prior to the first class, and one group community outreach activity.
