A Leadership Lyceum
The Austin Apartment Association (AAA) Leadership Lyceum program identifies and develops an informed and highly motivated group of emerging multifamily housing leaders for future leadership roles with AAA.
Additionally, AAA Leadership Lyceum supports the development of individuals with a broad-based vision and strong commitment to AAA's mission and strategic objectives and the broader community.
While in this program, participants have the honor of meeting some amazing guest speakers, network with fellow up-and-coming leaders, and grow their knowledge on Advocacy, Association Management, Community Service, Governance, and much more.
The 2021 class will be a “summer session” with 3 one-day sessions in July, August, and September. Also, there is a group activity before the first class and one community outreach activity!
Apply for the 2021 Class!
Any AAA member who is interested in taking part in the Lyceum, and meets the following criteria, may apply for the 2021 AAA Lyceum, by June 30, 2021.
- Industry member candidate: must be a manager role or above, or a regional maintenance supervisor at a AAA owner or management company.
- Supplier member candidate: an individual with at least three years of active involvement with AAA, with an AAA supplier member company.
The application will be reviewed by the AAA Leadership Committee and participants will be selected based on their experience, leadership, and involvement within the association.
