Housing Authority of the City of Austin Emergency Housing Voucher Webinar

Please join the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) to learn about exciting updates to our Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program. We are looking for outstanding landlords to help us find homes for some of Austin's most vulnerable, and we have new incentives to support landlords in the program.

 The EHV is similar to the Housing Choice Voucher program but includes many cash incentives for landlords like $1,000 paid to property owners that lease units to EHV participants, risk mitigation funds, and a $1,000 retention payment for lease renewals.
