Attending Module II, participants will learn: 

• How to use the Association to build your leadership skills, and enhance, practice and showcase those skills. 
• The roles, purpose, goals and active projects of the committees. 
• What makes an effective leader in an association - including tips and tricks of how to navigate nominations and what effective leadership looks like for AAA. 
• All about leadership pathways in the organization and community.
