Travis Alexander Rocha is a highly goal-oriented real estate professional with expertise spanning sales, mixed-use multifamily development, construction, and property management. His portfolio includes Class A through Class C assets across the Austin and San Antonio metro areas.

With a strong background in maximizing property NOI and cash flow, Travis has demonstrated success in leading CapEx projects, managing risk, overseeing development initiatives, and driving value through investment properties, renovations, and market analysis.
