Shannon Collins, CAM, AAA Lyceum

Shannon is a Senior Regional Property Manager for Willow Bridge Property Company (formally Lincoln Property) in Austin, Texas. She began her career in March 2002 as a Leasing Professional, Assistant Manager and Business Manager.

Shannon has over twenty years of experience in property management. She currently oversees six conventional properties in her portfolio totaling a little over 2,000 units. Her current portfolio includes new construction and stabilized value add assets in both North and South Austin. During her time with Lincoln Property Company she has also managed value add, affordable housing and new construction lease ups.

In Shannon’s career, she received awards at all positions as she was promoted through the ranks, managed numerous properties as an on-site Business Manager, trained employees as a Certified Training Associate, completed investor tours and transitioned properties to sale and takeover.

Shannon has completed her CAM certification and is working towards her CPM designation.
