Shannon Collins

Shannon is a Senior Regional Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company in Austin, Texas. She began her career with LPC in March 2002. Shannon has over twenty years of experience in property management. She currently oversees four conventional properties in her portfolio totaling 1,050 units. Other assets she has managed include affordable, value add properties as well as new construction projects. She manages stabilized A and B products covering downtown and North Austin as well as rehab properties in North and South Austin.

In Shannon’s career, she received awards at all positions as she was promoted through the ranks, managed numerous properties as an on-site Business Manager, trained employees as a Certified Training Associate, completed investor tours and transitioned properties to sale and takeover. Shannon has completed her CAM certification and is working towards her CPM designation.
