Joseph Menchaca

Frank Joseph has worked in the apartment industry for more than 20 years. The entirety of his career has been focused on property operations. Every aspect of property management presents unique and rewarding challenges, but what he really loves is to develop the people he interacts with. The joy he receives from seeing people obtain their goals is what keeps him going. Currently Frank Joseph is working towards the completion of his CPM. When he is not working he is enjoying time with his wife and three children. Recently, his oldest has joined the apartment industry workforce. Multi family has never been a job for Frank Joseph, it has been a career and a passion.
