Home for the Holidays Program with Foundation Communities

Foundation Communities is a local, homegrown nonprofit. They provide affordable, attractive homes and free on-site support services for thousands of families with kids, as well as veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. In addition they offer an innovative, proven model that empowers residents and neighbors to achieve educational success, financial stability, and healthier lifestyles. 

Foundation Communities is kicking off their annual Home for the Holidays program across 28 communities in Austin. By participating you don't just give a gift—you share hope and a true community spirit.  Now through December 5th, AAA members can sponsor Foundation Communities' families seeking holiday gift support this year.  The holiday season is a special time, and every family deserves to feel the joy and security it brings!
