Submissions will be accepted from 12:00 pm on October 1, 2025 through 12:00 pm on October 8, 2025

As a Diamond Sponsor of the Austin Apartment Association, you are a premier sponsor of the association; you have the ability to market your company as such and receive special recognition for it! You value your company's reputation and take a vested interest in the association's growth and reputation in the community. You are a member of an elite group with all the benefits and privileges befitting of your standing.

The AAA's Diamond Sponsorship Auction goes live only once a year. Bidding will open October 1-8, 2025, for the Diamond Sponsorship 2026 additional details and bidding details are below. ​

• One Member Messenger e-mail blast sent to all Industry Members on sponsors behalf

*All marketing materials must be supplied by the sponsor

Auction Rules

Once a year, prospective Diamond Sponsor bids are accepted for the coming year.  

1. 8 spots available – You are bidding on one of 8 sponsorships
2. $8,000 minimum bid – Bids under this amount will not be considered
3. The top 8 bidders will secure a sponsorship
4. The amount to be paid by each sponsor will be the lowest bid of the 8 highest (winning) bids
5. Bidding opens at 12:00 p.m. on October 1, 2025
6. Bidding closes at 12:00 p.m., on October 8, 2025
7. Winning bidders will be notified by AAA 
8. If multiple bids are submitted by representatives of your company, the final submission made by your company will be the only one considered.
9. In the event of a tie for the 8th spot, a sponsor will be determined by random drawing of those with tie bids.
