Taryn Merrill leads Affordable Housing Compliance for Greystar in Texas, bringing over 15 years of multifamily housing experience. Since 2018, she has driven compliance strategies across a growing portfolio of LIHTC, HUD, and mixed-income communities. Known for streamlining compliance operations and enhancing applicant experiences, Taryn partners closely with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and contributes to statewide policy development through her role on the Texas Apartment Association Affordable Housing Committee.
