Nena Roland, a Leasing Professional, began her property management career after moving from Dallas to Austin four years ago. Her drive and empathy have earned her multiple honors, including Greystar’s Leasing Professional of the Year (2024) and an APEX Award for Affordable Lease-Up. Nena is passionate about connecting with residents and creating communities where everyone feels at home.

Ivan Ramirez, Rainier Management
Ivan Ramirez is Lead Maintenance at Rainier Properties, bringing more than 25 years of experience. EPA certified and a former unrestricted electrician, Ivan also holds a CAMT certification and is dedicated to high-quality service and safety standards.
Property Manager of the Year Award
Tina VanChapman, AMLI Residential
Tina VanChapman brings over a decade of property management expertise, known for operational excellence and strategic leadership. Her career achievements includes multiple industry honors such as AMLI’s Property Manager of the Year (2023), Spirit of AMLI Award, and 2024 Star Performer Award. Under her leadership, her community earned four 2024 APEX Finalist recognitions. Tina’s success stems from her commitment to resident experience, financial performance, and team development.
Regional Maintenance Supervisor of the Year Award
Ryan Vonier, Griffis Residential
Ryan Vonier, Regional Service Manager, has over 17 years in multifamily operations and project management. Rising from Service Technician to corporate leadership, he now oversees maintenance across multiple markets. Ryan holds a CAMT certification and multiple industry credentials, demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence and professional growth.

Alexander Coleman, Rainier Management
Alexander Coleman, ARM®, CAPS, and CPM® Candidate, is a multifamily leader with over 20 years of experience spanning affordable and conventional housing. Now a Regional Manager with Rainier Properties in Austin, he oversees seven communities and is also a licensed Realtor. His journey from maintenance to regional leadership exemplifies growth, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
