Professional of the Year Nominations - Open Through 9/5

Nominations for Professional of the Year have been extended to September 5th, 2025!

Each year, the Austin Apartment Association recognizes outstanding individuals who have achieved excellence and who are leaders in their field.

Winners will be announced at the APEX Awards on December 5th.

2025 Nomination Timeline

• August 1 - September 5th - Professional of the Year Nominations Open* Deadline extended!
• September 30, 2025 - Professional of the Year Applications Due  
• October 25, 2025 - Professional of the Year Finalists Announced  
• December 5, 2025 - Winners Announced at the APEX Awards  

*Please note that the nomination is the first step.  Once the nomination period ends, there will be an email sent out to all eligible nominees to fill out the award application for their category.

Nomination Guidelines
Any AAA member (owner/management/onsite personnel/products & services/suppliers) can nominate another AAA member. Self-nominations are also accepted! 

Leasing Category only: a $75 fee for the blind shop must be paid by the due date. (AAA will send an invoice to your property)
