Congratulations to Newly Elected & Re-elected Candidates!
The polls officially closed in central Texas on Tuesday November 5th, at 7p.m. with over 1 million votes being cast in Travis, Williamson and Hays County.
Thank you to our county clerks, volunteer poll workers and Voter Deputy Registrars who have allowed Central Texans to exercise their right to vote in this election. Their dedication and service are truly appreciated.
The Austin Apartment Association would like to extend congratulations and farewell to Bruce Elfant, for over 10 years of service to Travis County as the County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar. His tireless service and dedication to the county has led to more voter turnout and more engagement within the community. AAA is proud to have been a partner with his office and wish him nothing but the best in the future!

Mayor of AustinNOTE: The race has not been officially called for Watson as not all votes in Travis County have been counted. As of 10am on 11/7/24 he has 50.5% of the vote with Carmen Llanes Pulido in second place with 20.41%. If no candidate receives over 50%, these two will head to a runoff. |
