Christy Sanchez, CPM

Christy Sanchez brings more than 24 years in property management. She recently diversified her background and became a small business owner as well as well as teaching property management and consulting. For the prior sixteen months she was responsible for overseeing global operations of the management portfolio at Bainbridge companies and services as the RVP at Alliance Residential prior to that. In addition to operational responsibilities, she played a heavy hand in building 3rd party management platform at both companies.

Christy’s experience expands across all types of assets with heavy concentration and expertise on A+ multifaceted stabilized and lease-up, renovation and value-add communities as well as retail management on mixed use assets. She holds her CAM and CPM. She is very active in the Austin Apartment Association serving on the Executive Board of Directors as and on Texas Apartment Association.
