Supporting Survivors of Interpersonal Violence Webinar

This session offers training for stakeholders—including housing providers, victim service providers, and animal/pet service providers—to deepen their understanding of domestic violence dynamics and the community resources available to support victims. It will include how pets are often used as tools of control and manipulation in abusive situations, and will aim to enhance community support, sensitivity, and safety for victims with pets. Additionally, participants will gain trauma-informed skills for responding to suspected cases of animal abuse.
