The City of Austin Council agenda for September 29th has two ordinances: one addressing the notice of proposed eviction (right to cure), and one addressing tenant rights to organize.

The Austin Apartment Association opposes a notice of proposed eviction and will continue to engage with Council on better alternatives.

Join AAA leadership for this virtual town hall Friday, September 23rd at 1pm, to hear the latest on these two pending rental regulations.

By attending the Town Hall  you will learn how these ordinances will impact property managers and rental housing providers.

By attending the town hall, you will also learn about the next steps, how to take action, and how you can be the voice of the industry on these topics.

FREE TO ATTEND - REGISTRATION REQUIRED
