AAA Event, Sponsorship and Education Policies
Please read through the policies carefully.
Events
Payment in full is due prior to the event. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 10 days of an event for attendee registrations. No-show attendee registrations will still be responsible for the event registration fee.

Sponsorships
Sponsorship cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 90 days prior to the event.
Cancellation requests must be approved by the AAA Board of Directors.

Education
Payment in full is due prior to the event. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 10 days of an education session for attendee registrations. No-show attendee registrations will still be responsible for the event registration fee.
No Show Fee
Out of courtesy for our presenters of Food for Thought and In Person Seminars who provide the food for the presentations. The Education Department will be issuing a $5 no show fee for anyone who does not adhere to the cancellation policy.
