Send your entire staff to an unlimited number of AAA seminars* for one low subscription price per year. The Apartment Career Education (ACE) Subscription program is an affordable and valuable benefit for our apartment community members.

• Most seminars are typically $80+ for non-ACE subscribers that are 1-4 hours long
• Save 10% on NAAEI Credential programs (excluding CAMT)
• Unlimited access to AAA library of recorded education seminars (must be an ACE Subscriber and logged in)  *Redbook Seminars and other Credentials/NAA Credentials are not included in the ACE subscription. (Ex. CPO, EPA, etc.)

ACE Program Guidelines

The following policies have been established with the interest of the general membership in mind.
Registration policies apply to all AAA members, regardless of any affiliation with the ACE Subscription Program.
Classes and dates are subject to change.

1. Payment for ACE Subscription must be received by AAA before registering to eligible classes.
2. Sign up for seminars online at https://www.austinaptassoc.com
3. Walk-in registrations are welcome, but not guaranteed.
4. AAA gladly accepts cancellations, as long as they are made in writing prior to the event date, see Cancellation Policy for details. Substitutions are also welcome, please notify AAA in advance.
5. All cancellations must be sent via email only 
6. Out of courtesty to our FFT speakers, ACE Subscribers who Cancel or are No Shows made after that date will be charged a $5 no show fee for the  Food for Thought series.  
7. In order to participate in ACE, all subscriber accounts must be current and in good standing with AAA. Should a member’s dues lapse during the ACE subscription period, all ACE privileges will be suspended immediately, until the account is brought current.
8. ACE-approved courses do not include TAA programs (Redbook), Certification Courses (EPA, CPO, R410A, CPR) or more than 4 hour seminars.
9. ACE subscribers will receive a 10% discount on NAAEI designation course registrations for CALP, CAM/CAS, CAPS, and IROP. CAMT is not included in this discount program.
