The Peer Groups Working Group works to develop initiatives to create Peer Group communities for varying types of members for the purpose of sharing ideas and peer-to-peer collaboration, learning, and business development. Fill out THIS form to join a Peer Group!

The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion working group will create and encourage an association culture based on seeking perspectives and opportunities to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, trust, and respect through an environment focused on learning from all groups and individuals with a focus on fostering opportunities to channel unique perspectives and experiences.

The Education working group supports the development of the annual plan of learning to ensure the development of competencies and skills relevant to the multifamily industry.

The Future Leaders group aims to help members develop leadership skills and aspirations by supporting leadership programming and ushering members along pathways to leadership positions. The working group is made up of 12 members plus the Lead who are appointed by the current Board of Directors.
