Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multiple properties in the Austin market, overseeing up to 850 units while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. My leadership style prioritizes strategic management, hands-on engagement, and fostering strong relationships with owners, vendors, employees, and residents. I excel in leadership and team development, financial and asset management, multi-site operations, compliance, crisis management, strategic planning, and effective communication with owners to drive property performance and maximize asset value.
In my current role, I also serve as a Senior Community Manager and mentor, supporting the development of new leaders in the field. I frequently visit sister communities to train new managers, ensuring they are set up for success and aligned with company standards and expectations. I am also actively involved in property takeovers and due diligence, helping ensure smooth transitions and successful onboarding of new assets into the portfolio.
