Repeat Offender Program (ROP) Roundtable

This session will provide an opportunity for member with properties currently on the City of Austin's Repeat Offender Program to share their experiences and help shape the Austin Apartment Association's feedback to the City.

This event is for properties that are currently on the Repeat Offender Program or who have exited the program recently. We will cover the current state of the program and potenital updates for action from Austin City Council, navigating the program, compliance, enforcement and appeals, exiting the program, operational and finanical impacts, communication and relationships with the Austin Code Department and Suggestions for improving the program.
