AAA Event Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is due prior to the event. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 10 days of an event for attendee registrations and within 90 days for a sponsorship.

Sponsorship cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 90 days prior to the event.

Email cancellation requests to dana@austinaptassoc.com.

Cancellation requests must be approved by the AAA Board of Directors.
