AAA Event Cancellation Policy
Event Payment Policies
Payment in full is due prior to the event. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 10 days of an event for attendee registrations and within 90 days for a sponsorship. No-show attendee registrations will still be responsible for the event registration fee.
Sponsorship cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 90 days prior to the event.
Cancellation requests must be approved by the AAA Board of Directors.
