The Texas Apartment Association’s leases and forms are the most comprehensive and recognized lease contracts and property management forms in the state. Forms are updated regularly to comply with state law, court decisions, and member experiences.
The Texas Apartment Association legal forms and resources are available either online through TAA Click & Lease powered by Blue Moon or in hardcopy format. Both are offered exclusively to members.

TAA Click & Lease allows members access to the official TAA lease contracts, rental applications, and related leasing forms through an easy-to-use secure interface. This is a time-saving tool designed to streamline the leasing process, through:

TAA offers three Click & Lease packages. Package eligibility is based on unit count and lease type, i.e., Apartment, Student Housing, Condominium/Townhome, or Residential.
TAA Click & Lease is offered exclusively to members of the Texas Apartment Association.

Notice for Tenants
To aid tenants in better understanding their rights when a Notice to Vacate (NTV) is given, AAA has a form providing information to residents to explain the NTV and the renter resources available. Download the AAA’s NTV Information Form designed to accompany a NTV.

Paper Forms
AAA has TAA leases and forms available in paper form for purchase. If you have a smaller portfolio of rental property, do not wish to use the TAA Click & Lease powered by Blue Moon software, or simply prefer to use paper, we have the forms you need to lease your properties and run your business!
Forms are available in any denomination, and with special pricing for bundles of 100.
