Do you own, develop, build, operate, or manage apartments or residential rental housing properties in Austin? You are considered an Industry Member! Do you provide a product or service to management companies? You are considered a Supplier Member! Which Membership type does your company qualify for?
Industry Member
Industry membership is for individuals or companies that own, develop, build, operate, or manage apartments or residential rental housing properties in Austin.
AAA membership dues run on a calendar dues renewal cycle (January-December) and are based on how many total units (or doors) you own or manage. Administrative fees may apply at the time of application.
- Total unit count 0-10 units: $250 flat fee
- Total unit count between 11-2,000: $300 base fee ($2.10 x #units)
- Total unit count 2,000-10,000: $300 base fee ($1.60 x #units)
- Total unit count 10,000 : $300 ($1.40 x #units)
Please note: AAA membership is paid annually for each calendar year (January-December). If your company joins on or after October 1st your dues payment will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next year's dues. If your company joins prior to October 1st dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.

Products & Services Member
A Products & Services (Supplier) member is a company that provides a product or service to multifamily Industry Members. When your company joins AAA, any employee can participate, volunteer and network with our members.
AAA membership dues run on a calendar dues renewal cycle (January-December). Your membership allows you access to events, networking opportunities and professional development. Administrative fees may apply with your initial application.
- Annual dues: $471
Please note: AAA membership is paid annually for each calendar year (January-December).
