Who is a member?

AAA represents 1,000+ companies that own, manage, develop, service rental and multifamily housing in the greater Austin area.  

Types of Members:

Industry Members (Owners/Managers)

Industry membership is for individuals or companies who own, develop, build, operate, or manage apartments or residential rental housing properties in Austin.

Join anytime!  AAA membership is based on a calendar dues renewal cycle (January-December) and is based on how many total units (or doors) you own or manage. Administrative fees may apply at the time of application.

Products & Services (Partners)

Product & Service members provide a product or service to multifamily Industry Members. When your company joins AAA, any employee can participate, volunteer, and network with our members.

First-time landlord?

As a first-time owner, the first item you will need to develop your policies and procedures for fair housing, tenant guidelines, and resident qualifying criteria. Second, you will need to become familiar with the TAA lease. We have a few resources to help you and your potential residents understand the lease.
