2024 ELEVATE
February 22 at Tommie Austin
ELEVATE is the annual installation event! All AAA members are welcome to attend! Join us for an evening of celebration as we are inspired by our multifamily leadership and empowered to kickstart the new year.
The program will include:
- 2024 Officers Installation including 2024 President Theresa Ebner with LDG Development
- 2024 Board of Directors Installation
- Recognition of outgoing Board members and 2023 President Lyndsay Hanes
- Recognition AAA’s 2023 Leadership Lyceum graduates
Lastly, ELEVATE will feature the winners of the 2023 Solt Scholarships.

2024 Summer Golf
May 9 at Top Golf Austin
Summer Golf at Top Golf is an Apartment PAC Austin Political Action Committee fundraiser. Your PAC dollars help AAA keep a strong voice at all levels of government.
This event is open to players and sponsors only; no spectators. All player's fees include 3 hours of Top Golf and lunch.
2024 Business Exchange
May 16 at Austin Board of Realtors
The AAA Business Exchange is your one-stop shop for all things products and services. This event is the most effective way for owners and managers to connect and exchange important information with AAA Supplier partners.
- Company submissions will be accepted from January 15 - January 29, 2024.
- The lottery drawing for supplier member registration spots will be held at 2:00 pm on February 1 at the AAA office.
- There will be a live auction immediately following the lottery drawing.
- Companies drawn in the lottery will have the option to purchase up to two tickets to the Business Exchange at $350 per person.

The Austin Apartment Association’s annual State of the Industry event will provide insights into the rental housing and multifamily market, including market trends, construction and development activity, economic impacts, and more as we look at 2024 and beyond.

Join us for our largest fall networking event and visit with your fellow Austin Apartment Association members! Food Trucks, Live Music, Networking, and Cash Bars.
2024 Trade Show & Education Conference
October 10 at Palmer Events Center
In 2023, we welcomed over 1,000 registered onsite personnel, managers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors to the show. The Trade Show is well-attended and looked forward to all year by our members!
Trade Show registration is only open to on-site/owner/management members. Supplier members must have a booth to attend the Trade Show.

This is an AAA Political Action Committee fundraiser. Your PAC dollars help AAA keep a strong voice for our industry at all levels of government. This event is only open to players and sponsors that are members of the Austin Apartment Association; no spectators are allowed. All player fees include greens fees, golf cart, range balls, and lunch.
