2020 REDBOOK Seminars - Virtual
Due to ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Redbook Seminar will be offered virtually on August 25 and September 15. If you were already registered for one of the in-person seminars (originally August 25 and August 27), you have been contacted and asked to select one of the dates above for the virtual event. Please contact Amy Lydic if you were registered and did not receive the email asking you to select a date. Also, once you have selected a new date, please allow staff time to make the changes so that you see the correct date on your invoices.
Attorney Bill Warren, Warren Law Firm, will be on hand to answer your questions while the presentation is running!

Sharpen your knowledge of your legal rights and responsibilities as a rental housing owner or manager by participating in one of the REDBOOK seminars being offered by AAA in Austin in 2020.
The in-person "Multi-Family Rental Housing Legal Seminars" are once again being offered in a full-day intensive seminar covering legal, leasing and liability issues from the perspective of onsite apartment managers, assistant managers and leasing agents.
Seminars emphasize changes in management practices required by new laws passed during the last legislative session and updates on key regulatory issues that affect property management. Full of videos and other tools, the 2020 REDBOOK seminar delivers the quality legal instruction you expect from TAA in a totally new way, with case studies and exercises to help you learn how to apply the law to your job.
Seminar participants can earn up to five hours of NAA continuing education credits (CEC's).
The AAA Virtual Seminars do NOT offer hours of MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education) credits from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). If you need TREC credits, please contact Amy Lydic so we can direct you to a TREC eligible Redbook Seminar (TAA has a virtual TREC/MCE eligible Redbook Seminar scheduled for August 27).
