Conduct and preperation and the fundamentals to getting off on the right foot in Multifamily Operations. We will discuss the responsibilities of the Leasing professional and tips and tricks for time management.
We will review how to become a subject matter expert on your property AND your competitors.

Lastly, we will touch on lead management, the foundation of a successful Sales relationship.
