Bill is an Austin lawyer whose practice areas include fair housing, housing discrimination defense, landlord-tenant, collections, litigation in all courts, employment and contracts.
He is a Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
Bill represents owner, management and vendor members of the Austin Apartment Association.
He also writes and speaks regularly on issues of concern and interest to the apartment industry and its suppliers.
