Jackie Ramstedt is a nationally renowned Motivational Keynote Speaker, Consultant, Professional Trainer and Performance Coach who has spoken to thousands of industry professionals on a national level for the National Apartment Association, the Multi Housing World Conference, Multifamily Pro Annual Brainstorming Events, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Grace Hill, Inc. Educational Chat Forums, National Affordable Housing conferences, and numerous state and local Associations, including various management and investment companies throughout the United States and Canada during her 25 years in the multi-family housing industry.
Starting out on site as a part time housekeeper and weekend Leasing Consultant, Jackie continued to work her way up through the ranks. As she advanced, she built credibility among her peers and the industry, while winning performance awards, including Manager of the Year. She has worked as a National Marketing Director, a National Performance Director, a National Training Director, and as a University Trainer for some of the nation's largest management companies. She is also an accredited instructor teaching all designation courses: NALP, CAM, CAPS, CAMT, CAS and ROC as well as MCE courses for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
She has been extremely involved with the Austin Apartment Association where she has served on the Board of Directors, as the Education Co-Chair and as a member of the Education Committee. Jackie was recently awarded as the Faculty Member of the Year in 2008 by the association recognizing her commitment to the industry as a professional speaker and to her local association.
