Ben Wells with UCS will speak on the EPA’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule, which became effective April 22, 2010. He will discuss the circumstances when the new rule applies, lead paint testing, and the required procedures for renovations or repairs to buildings containing lead paint. UCS is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.    

Bill Patterson with Worldwide Pest Control, Inc. will discuss the growing problem with bedbugs in the multi-family industry. He will talk about the identification of bedbugs, preparation for treatments, treatment methods, and what to expect after treatments.
